Introduction
Compared with the conventional LED display, the LED curved display pays more attention to the breakthrough in structure. The technical requirements for manufacturers are also more stringent. If the manufacturer’s technology is not good enough, the spliced LED screen will have many problems such as uneven appearance caused by excessive seam gap and discontinuous splicing surface, which will affect the viewing effect and destroy the aesthetics of the overall design.
In some hotels, conference rooms, bars and other lobbies, many pillars are cylindrical. Designers will design these pillars as display screens and play some special videos to improve the decoration grade or create a special atmosphere. Conventional screens are very complicated to make, and LED soft modules are very handy.
Outdoor Cylindrical Screen
Outdoor cylindrical LED screens, including outer arc and inner arc LED full-color screens, the larger arcs are made of conventional products, but the cabinet design needs to be designed according to the actual installation of the project.

Indoor Cylindrical Screen
The design solution of indoor column shape and LED display with radian shape is exactly the same as the outdoor design solution, except that there is no cabinet, and the fixed steel frame structure is usually designed with a radian. As with the outdoor solution, the soft module is then fastened to the steel frame. The shape of the soft module can be bent at will, and the radian can be largely arbitrary. The drawbacks that the rigid kit of conventional products and the fixed structure of the mask cannot meet the actual radian requirements of the cylindrical screen application project can be avoided.

The PCB adopts a flexible and ultra-thin material with very high circuit design precision, and the kit is also equipped with a special rubber material that is corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and easy to dissipate heat. The material is soft and the quality is still very good.

The flexible column led display can be used for hoisting and floor-mounted installation, and a base with wheels is added to the cylindrical screen, which is convenient to move anytime and anywhere, and is light weight.
